NZPPTA PAID UNION MEETING

1.00pm – 4.00pm, Tuesday 24 August 2010

The NZPPTA has informed the school that all PPTA members are required to attend a meeting in Pukekohe on the afternoon of Tuesday 24 August 2010.  Most Alfriston College teachers are PPTA members.  The Board of Trustees feel that it will not be possible for the school to offer lessons at the same time when PPTA members will be absent.  The school will remain open on Tuesday 24 August but students are advised to study at home for the afternoon.  There will be supervised study for those students who remain at school.  There will be a slight timetable change as a result of the PPTA meeting.  We will be changing the afternoon classes around on Tuesday and Wednesday – Tuesday 3A/B timetable will become Wednesday 3A/B timetable
